昨日まで風邪をひいており、ここ数日パフォーマンスが下がっておりましたが、幸いなことにほぼ全快しました。
風邪に効果的なビタミンＣのサプリメントを購入したので適度に摂取して行きます。

After the past few days of having a cold, now I’m happily recovered and am also in shape. As it’s often said, you genuinely appreciate your health only when you lose it. That was what happened to me this time, again, so I’ve got a little box of vitamin C powder to be immune to further sickness. You can always learn from mistakes and change things for better.
