お疲れさまです。
ちょっと前からわたし自身の暗記の仕方を変えました。シャーペンで紙に書きまくる方法です。重要語句を書くのはもちろんのこと、それぞれの物事や事象を関連付けて図式に表すことも同時にやっています。必要なところは語句だけでなく説明も書きます。
ポイントは、きれいに書かないこと。まあ、だからと言ってあえて汚くする必要はないんですけどね。重要なことは「書きまくって覚える」ということなので、きれいに書く必要はないです。ある程度、判別できる字体であればＯＫです。とにかく、書いて書いて書きまくる。あとは、ただ無機質に書くんじゃなくて、ちゃんと理解して覚えるつもりで書いた方が良いです。
学生時代はこういうやり方で覚えていたんですが、原点回帰ということでまたこのやり方に戻ってやってみます。今のところ、十分に手ごたえありです。

I’ve recently made a modification to the way I memorize things, in these subjects such as world history and geography which of course require tons of terms and notions to be put into my brain. This is actually not something new, something revolutionary at all : writing as much as you can. It’s already proved that you’re more likely to memorize better when you use as many senses as possible, including moving your hands. And I’m a big proponent of the solid fact. It helped me immensely with memorization when I was a student, but somehow I’d been away from it until recently. The good news, I already feel it’s working right!!
Now all you need to do is to get plain papers and just keep writing. But don’t forget to try to understand whatever it is, because you need to maximize the outcome, right??
