お疲れさまです。
運動は100m(ぐらい)ダッシュを4本。コンクリートはスネやヒザを痛めやすいので砂地で。あとはダンスでブレイキンもしたいので倒立の練習。
数学は引き続き二次方程式をしました。今日はあまり納得の行く量をできなかったので、明日はしっかりやりたいです。

I believe that everyday is a new chance to outgrow my limitation, and it is, as a fact, whether it reaches a truly ideal level or not. I did four sets of sprint at the park as well as a little practice of handstand, both of which were physically and mentally making me satisfied. It’s nice to enjoy exercising under the sun, feeling the surroundings outside. Some people are walking with their dogs, others are taking a rest in the parking lot, from work I guess (or just goofing off??)
Well, I could’ve done better for the day, but not bad, not bad at all!!
