お疲れさまです。
今日は生徒が勉強する部屋にエアコンを設置するため、工事の見積もりに来てもらいました。夏が来る前に、生徒が勉強をするのに快適な環境を整えて行きます。
今日の私自身の勉強はあまりはかどりませんでした。数学は２次関数に突入、地理は共テ問題集の「大地形」に取り組んでいます。
起床後から元気なうちに勉強はしないとダメですね。疲れてから取り組んでも能率は上がらない。なるべく勉強は１日の元気なうちにすべし！！

It is necessary to have an air conditioner installed before the temperature hits the uncomfortable point to provide my students with an appropriate environment when they take a class. There’s no way we conduct a class in a hot, blighting room. So today we had a man who gave us an estimate to get the job done.
Speaking of studying, it was far away from smooth sailing. I made some progress but not to the extent that I can say “Good job!” to myself. That’s still progress, though. No negativity required. It’s hard to study at the end of the day when you have less energy and guts. To me the most fruitful time is a few hours after waking up.
