ついに、ついに採点投稿を昨日は休んでしまいました。
今年に入ってから１日も休まず投稿をしていましたが、ついに昨日は力尽きましたね。気絶するように眠りに落ちました。無念です！！
やはり、お金をもらわずに何かを１日も欠かさずに継続するということは、並大抵のことではありません。自分で言うのも何ですが。
今日からまた連続更新をやって行きます。
明日は完全休日です。疲労が溜まっているので、１日ゆっくりしようかな～とも思っていますが、逆に登山とかトレイルランとか行っているかもしれません。
自然の中で運動するのって、気持ちいいですからね。

Finally you’ve seen a day off on this blog. I couldn’t have been more tired last night, and my bed mesmerized me with its warmth and comfort, irresistible to sweep away. People are genius when it comes to making excuses, and I’m not going to follow their ways. It was my fault not to muster up enough courage to make a post.
It’s hard to continue something especailly when it doesn’t offer any actual reward to you. The key is, don’t be hard on yourself too much. Nobody’s perfect, and as long as you’re making progress, however small it is, you deserve a sense of triumph. Then with the encouraging sense, you can move forward.
I have a free day all day tomorrow, so I’m wondering what will be the best way to enjoy it fully.
