今日は伸びていた髪の毛が鬱陶しくなっていたので、髪を切りに美容室に行って来ました。そして、わたしが楽しみにしていたヘッドスパも受けてきました。ヘッドスパというのは、シャンプー台で２０分ぐらい頭皮をマッサージしてもらえるというサービスです。わたしの場合はカットの料金に加え、追加料金２０００円でヘッドスパを受けれるコースを使っています。
ヘッドスパ、最高ですよ！！
やはり頭皮は大事ですからね。ヘッドスパを受けることで頭の働きも良くなる気がしています。

The day of head massage is a day of joy!! Today not only did I have my hair cut at a hair salon but also I had a wonderful head massage there, which is my little luxury of every other month. It’s as if heaven is on earth. If you have never tried it, I firmly assure you of the 20-minute bliss offered at about 2,000 yen. Since life is a one-way journey, and you only live once, it’s better to cheer you up by doing what you like.
If you wanna be happy, you need to carry happiness with you. Japan, and probably many parts of the world too, have been going through a lingering stagnation over the last several years, including the incremental swell on the prices of groceries. There seems to be enough reasons for us to become gloomy.
But I’d like you to know that the key to happiness is to embrace the fact that we also have enough reasons to be happy with. It’s all up to you!! We need to go beyond the impossible and look on the bright side of things.
