お疲れ様です。
今日は夜にやや長めのウォーキングをしたので、運動70点をつけました。やはり身体を使うのをサボると、メンタルも鈍りますね。今日はウォーキングをしたことで、気分も良くなりました。夜空には美しい月が浮かんでいました。
今年はフルマラソンを走ることも決めているので、徐々に、じわじわと、鍛えて行きます。栄光の架け橋に向けて!!

I went for a walk after coming home, with the almost full moon blessing me in the night sky. I have to admit that I didn’t really feel like going out, but I didn’t want to be a wuss at the same time. And as I kept walking, my feeling got better as if it was refined from deep within. Exercises keep you in shape, both physically and mentally!!
One of my declarations of this year is to run a full-marathon. It will be challenging, because if it were easy, everybody would do it!! Life is not all about encasing yourself in your comfort zone. Being adventurous gives you a spicy taste from time to time. I hope your ambition outweighs your fear. Life is too short to live in a teeny-tiny way, period.
