今日は帰ってから筋トレで運動30点。
筋肥大を目指しているわけではないですが、たくましい身体を作りたいので筋トレもサボらずやって行きます。
「健全な肉体には、健全な精神が宿る」とも言いますし、心も身体も同様に大切ですね。
朝起きた時と、寝る少し前に5分ぐらいストレッチをするのも健康に良いそうです。私もなるべくやるようにしています。
もう年が明けて8日過ぎましたね。
光陰矢の如し。明日も、ファイト!!
Today I’ve got 30 points for workout, and 75 for world history. Not bad, considering the fact that most people have difficulty continuing things as they hope, whatever the things are, so I just cheer myself up to even make a further progress.
So, why would I wanna achieve my goals, in the first place??
There are multiple answers to the question, but for one, I just wanna change my life for better. I feel more energetic, alive, and generally happy when I have something to commit to. When you see 100 people, there are 100 ways of living, and I’m just one of them. So you’ve got to find your own path, hopefully the best one. It could be a winding road, even worse, it could be a road on the verge of death. Sorry to be so dramatic, but that’s true. We don’t know what comes nest, so let’s just stay true to ourselves, and above all, let’s enjoy!!
Life is not all sunshine and rainbow, that’s what he says in the movie “Rocky,” and I couldn’t agree with him more.
But don’t forget that you always have a sun in your heart even in the darkest times.
