今日は運動を再開できたのが良かったです。
フィジカルも鍛えて心身ともにたくましく有りたいです。
あと今日は帰宅してから晩御飯にカニを頂くことが出来て、美味しゅうございました!
美味しいものを食べるのって、心の栄養にもなりますね。
明日からもまた、戦って行こう。
The good news is that I finally went for a jog today, after a long period of my laziness. I’ve been physically inactive for a while, but it’s over now. You have to start somewhere, right?? And I made it today!!
You shouldn’t neglect your body since your body represents much of yourself!! A good mind has its place in a good body, and vice versa.
I had crab for dinner today and it was more than superb. We can perform better with good food. I think that’s a universal notion we all share, beyond the borders all over the world.
